Our staff are handpicked using a robust recruitment and selection process, with a good understanding of childrens’ individual needs. They have a sense of fun; the relevant child care qualification; and most importantly, they love children!
In house training is given on a regular basis to encourage staff to develop a wide and varied range of skills.
We recognise that happy and fulfilled staff provide the best care for the children, and therefore endeavour to support the development of all staff.
The nursery is registered with Ofsted and operates in conjunction with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Claire has worked as the manager of little blossoms since it first opened in 2001. She is the safeguarding lead as well as the SENDco. Claire will happily provide any support to all families joining little blossoms.
Sam is one of the deputy managers. She is an early years teacher and her main role is taking charge of the early years foundation stage. Sam ensures that the children have a resourceful and stimulating environment so that they can learn and develop through their play.
Amelia is one of the deputy managers and is in charge of invoicing and funding. She supports our staff to ensure they continue their professional development therefore providing high quality provision for your children.
