Our Staff

Quality childcare is dependent on quality staff and at Little Blossoms, we have taken great care in choosing a committed, enthusiastic and professional team of staff for each area of the nursery.

 

Our staff are handpicked using a robust recruitment and selection process, with a good understanding of childrens’ individual needs. They have a sense of fun; the relevant child care qualification; and most importantly, they love children!

In house training is given on a regular basis to encourage staff to develop a wide and varied range of skills.

We recognise that happy and fulfilled staff provide the best care for the children, and therefore endeavour to support the development of all staff.

The nursery is registered with Ofsted and operates in conjunction with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage.

In addition to having Safeguarding and Paediatric First-Aid training, all our staff are vetted by the Disclosure and Barring Service and are registered with the Update Service.
